Transparent Engagement Models

Revenue systems are investments, not expenses. Our pricing reflects the complexity and scope of what we build — and every engagement starts with a no-cost strategy call so we scope it correctly.

Engagement Options

Most clients start with a project engagement, then move to an optimization retainer or a managed software plan. We'll recommend what makes sense for your situation. Prices shown in CAD.

What Every Engagement Includes

Regardless of scope, our standard of delivery is consistent.

Discovery Before Recommendations

We audit your current state before proposing a solution. No generic recommendations, no upselling tools you don't need.

Architecture Documentation

Every build is documented — pipeline structure, automation logic, integration maps — before implementation begins.

Staging & QA Testing

All workflows and automations are tested in a staging environment before touching your live pipeline.

Team Training & Handoff

We train your team on every system we build. Adoption is part of delivery, not an afterthought.

Post-Launch Support

30 days of post-launch support on all project engagements — bug fixes, tuning, and fast answers.

Honest Scoping

We tell you what you actually need, which may be less than you came in thinking. Our goal is your results.

Pricing FAQs

Common questions about how our engagements work.

Why are prices shown as starting rates?

Because CRM implementations, outbound system builds, and AI automation projects vary enormously in scope and complexity. A SuiteCRM implementation for a 5-person team is fundamentally different from a Salesforce migration for a 40-rep sales org. The figures shown are realistic starting points — we give you a precise fixed-fee quote after the discovery call so you're never paying for more than you need.

What does the strategy call cost?

Nothing. The initial strategy call is complimentary. We'll spend 30 minutes understanding your situation and give you a genuine assessment of what we'd recommend — whether or not you engage us.

How long do project engagements typically take?

Audit and roadmap projects typically take 1–2 weeks. Full system builds range from 4–12 weeks depending on scope, data volume, and integration complexity. We'll give you a precise timeline after the discovery audit.

Do you work on retainer or project basis?

Both. Most clients start with a project engagement (audit + build), then move to a monthly optimization retainer. We'll recommend the right model for your situation.

Do you work with both Salesforce and SuiteCRM?

Yes. We have deep implementation experience with both platforms and will recommend the right one for your stage, budget, and use case — or help you migrate from one to the other.
